Unesco publishes policy guide on “Addressing hate speech through education”

This guide explores educational responses and provides guidance and recommendations to policy-makers on how to strengthen education systems to counter hate speech.

Unesco highlighs the importance of implementing an educational approach based on strategies and initiatives, which can be tested and evaluated on an ongoing basis through experimental research (focus groups, interviews and participant observations) to understand and evaluate different perspectives in this area.
